Mallorca: Two German tourists dead in Medusa Beach Club roof collapse
Four people have been killed after the new roof of a beach club in Majorca collapsed, including two German tourists, it has been reported.
Emergency services were called to the four-star Medusa Beach Club in Magaluf at around 1.05pm on Monday afternoon after the roof of the latest addition to the beach club caved in.
Cuatro, a Spanish newspaper, reported that two German tourists, a 23-year-old British man and a 51-year-old woman from the Netherlands were killed.
Three of the victims were trapped under rubble when the roof caved in, while the fourth was on the street next to the party venue.
Three other people, including one German national, have been injured.
