Chelsea have been crowned European champions for the second time after beating Manchester City 1-0 in the Champions League final in Porto.
Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game in the first half, with the Blues holding on to claim their second Champions League title after their triumph in 2012.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel hailed his team's performance, saying: "It was a very difficult game. We had to suffer, but we deserved to win."
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola said: "We played well, but Chelsea deserved to win. They were better than us in the first half and they defended very well in the second half."
Chelsea's victory is their first under Tuchel, who took over from Frank Lampard in January.
It is also their first major trophy since winning the Europa League in 2019.
